Video doorbell 2 hardwired not 100%

I have new video doorbell II and since charging the battery is a pain I purchased the hardwired transformer. I charged the new doorbell up to 100% and connected the transformer which is supplying 24v, and unlike my hardwired doorbell pro or my stickup camera (solar powered) which show the battery levels at 100% the doorbell II only shows 69% level. Settings are set to maximum battery health. Why doesn’t this camera show 100% battery or close to it?

Turns out the transformer is a “trickle charger” unlike the Ring Doorbell Pro which doesn’t have a battery and will not show 100% charge at any point whereas the stickup camera on the solar charger does show almost 100% all the time which is a trickle charger as well! Support can see the battery level history but we cannot using the App only the current level.
