Updates always mess up my Ring doorbell!

Almost every time there is an update my doorbell camera gets messed up! Sometimes it goes crazy and goes off every 5 minutes. This time it will only show someone when they are already at the door. It is not picking up out in the yard like it always has before. I am waiting for the next update that will hopefully fix it! Ugh I wish this would stop!

I am in the same boat. I wish they would leave things alone. If I can't fix it I will have to purchase another brand !!!

Hi @user82657. I would recommend checking your Motion Zones to make sure they are covering the area you want and increasing your Motion Sensitivity. I would also suggest rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps.
