Setting up a shared account via Text?

My wife doesn't use email right now (chalk it up to trolls)...so how can I add her to our Ring Doorbell account without sending her an email? Can we use text? Other? Thanks for any help.

Hi @BeragioEstate. There is not a way to give a Shared User access via text. You can always create a new email used exclusively for Ring Access, if you wish. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) has information on adding a Shared User.
