Hey @deedy8. You most definitely can and may be a good idea to start fresh! If you go into the Main Menu in the Ring app \> Devices \> Ring Video Doorbell 3 \> Device Settings \> General Settings \> Remove This Device. Once removed, give your Doorbell a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds. After this time, set up the device again as you would like and let me know if this helps the performance! :)
