Ring Video doorbell pro
Trying to setup the doorbell and I'm getting a flashing light at the top. It never gives a spinning white. I have not gotten to the point where I enter a password. I tried the reset procedures. Restarted my wifi modem and router, Removed power for 30 minutes and tried setting it up again and had the same, Flashing white at the top. Pressing and holding the reset causes it to go dark, then in a few seconds it starts flashing at the top. I have verified 20v at the doorbell and installed the chime pro. The Chime Pro set up with no issues, but still can't get the setup on the doorbell to work. I believe the doorbell is bad, but before I return it, does anybody have any suggestions to resolve this.

Hi @user_fc518b. This indicates that there is a failed setup due to an incorrect password. You can view the light patterns for your doorbell here: https://ring.com/support/articles/uy5gm/Learning-Light-Patterns-for-Wired-Doorbell-Plus Be sure that your password is corrected and that there are no special characters. You can also try to set it up by using a different phone. Let me know if this helps.
