Hi there, i'm thinking about buying the elite doorbell soon. I have a LAN cable as a connection, so that fits very well. Are there any experiences to report with the device? Both good and bad experiences :slight_smile: With best regards from germany Vedran

I haven’t had any problems with my Elite for about two years up until a few months ago when power outages continue to break my hardwired chimes. I suspect it’s an issue introduced by a firmware/software update to build support for the Ring Chime products. It’s also possible that my unit decided to break, but so far I have no hard evidence on what may be causing the problem. Otherwise the doorbell has been flawless. I prefer the PoE option over battery.
