Ring pro settings
I almost have everything dialed in how I want it but I am having trouble with the sensitivity part. By the time my motion sensor goes off the person is either at the door or already walking away. What am I not doing correct? Example, every day when the mail man walks up he is already putting mail in the box when the motion goes off. Thank you...

Its really hard to help with out knowing more about the bell's "surroundings". I just kept playing around with the settings. Though one thing that helped me was using one of the "angle brackets" to physically angle the camera into a better view - in my case the side walk.
