Hi neighbors! A full reset and new setup is a good troubleshooting step to try whenever you're having connectivity concerns with your Doorbell. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, you can walk through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. The setup process will have you reconnect your Doorbell to wifi. If it's still not working, try using a different phone or tablet to complete the setup process, and make sure any VPNs and bluetooth are disabled. Should this concern still persist after trying these suggestions, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can help look into this further. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

Ugh, I am having the same issue. I got the doorbell yesterday and set it up in the app with no issue. I charged it overnight and intended to install today. It disconnected from wifi and now cannot find my network. Nothing has changed!
