Ring doorbell not showing live

The ring doorbell just stopped allowing me to view live. Just says activating device. WiFi is perfect and everything else works great. But can’t view live video.

    Same here, or at least you have to try it several times until it activates

      Jhnc

      I had the same problem. Tech support had me do a hard reset and it fixed the problem. Push and hold the orange setup button for 20 seconds and set up the device again.
