Ring doorbell not ringing or connecting
Ongoing problem where my battery doorbell will just stop working. Nothing happens when you push the ring button or when you push the orange button on the back. If I hold the orange button down to reset it, the light flashes white once then blue serval times. And then I try to reconnect to the app but nothing happens still. And yes my battery is fully charged as indicated when I plug it in, even for days. And yes wifi is all good and connected to my chime pro, as I could still connect and see everything live on the camera via the app. This will continue and then suddenly work for a few days and then.. just not.. Any ideas? Or is my camera just dying a slow and painful death? Thanks.
