Ring Doorbell not recording nor have live view
Ring Doorbell has stopped working,it no longer is recording nor has live view. Tried: Rebooting Removing and adding device again Checked network/removed and readded network Still not working. I am now at wits end as the reason I got Ring Doorbell is for recording feature to ensure no parcels are stolen.

Mine did update but its feels completely broken as the camera is black when editing privacy zones,while everywhere else it says preview not available although its turned on everywhere. Whilst if I try to access it,it just tries to load intently.

C@Karmi Thank you for those answers. I'd recommend checking if your router is dual-band, as well as verifying that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network. HI @Karmi. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Is your router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections?Also, is there a specific error message you're receiving when you try to activate Live View? Having more details can help narrow down what the root of the issue might be.

KHello, apologies for the delay in responding, I didn't receive any notification on replies. Anyway,its Gen2 Ring Doorbell. I get "Live view/ preview not available" . If I still click on see it, it tries to load indefinitely. I tried resetting network, camera etc. Doesn't work Interestingly, if I try to edit my privacy zones, camera also doesn't work i.e. its just black screen.

Have same issue. Tried all above. also doorbell is trying to update software. And still no live view or recording.
