Ring DoorBell Gen 2
Good morning. I have a Ring Doorbell Gen2 that I cannot connect to my internet. This is the 3rd doorbell in the 3rd week in a row. It works for about 1 day and does not re-connect. They also sent me a ChimePro that does not work. I just got off the phone with my internet provider, and they did their checks and troubleshooting and everything is fine on that end. I have 2 stick up cameras and another camera connected to the same internet and they work correctly. This is beyond frustating as I have spent way too much time with this. Has anyone else had issues with the doorbell?

Hi @user_3150df. Are you receiving a specific error message when trying to connect your Doorbell to the internet? Feel free to share a screenshot if you are, as that would be helpful for troubleshooting. Otherwise, I can provide some general information. The Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) is only compatible with 2.4GHz. If you have a dual-band router with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, you can try splitting the bands, or creating a guest network with only the 2.4GHz connection. Check that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network, and try changing the router channel to a less busy one.
