Ring Doorbell Elite “Unable to join the network “Ring Setup d3””
Hi there, my wife and I had an electrician install a Ring Doorbell Elite, wired with a CAT 6 cable, outside our front door. When running through setup on the Ring app, the iPhone says “Unable to join the network “Ring Setup d3”.” I returned the first doorbell which produced this error and ordered a replacement doorbell which also produces this same error. I’ve reset the doorbell multiple times. I’ve tried setup on multiple iOS devices with Bluetooth and cellular connectivity turned off. I’ve restarted the router. None of this has worked. I’ve tested the WiFi strength near the doorbell on my iPhone — Ookla reports a ~100 mbps download speed. I have two Ring outdoor floodlight cameras located in areas with weaker WiFi signal than the from the doorbell that operate fine. My router is the Eero WiFi 6 Alarm Pro base station. Does anyone have any ideas for how to get one of these doorbells to run through setup and operate? Thank you!

Hi @user_907977. You have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended for your concern. The next best step would be to give our support team a call for further assistance.
