Is it possible to operate the Ring 2 using just ac adaptor (no battery)?

    Hi @user47380. If the device came with a battery, the battery is required for it to function. Hardwiring a battery-operated device will only provide a trickle charge to the battery and not take over as the main power source. I hope this clears things up for you.
