Ring 2 not compatible with Virgin Hub 5

I have had a Ring 2 video doorbell since August XXXX. I also have a yearly Ring Plan. This week I have had a new Virgin Hub5 installed and the Ring 2 does not link to the hub. Ring states it’s a Virgin problem and Virgin say it’s a Ring problem. The issue is that I cannot set up a second band for 2.5ghz on the Virgin Hub 5 (like on my previous Virgin Superhub). I’ve now had to cancel my Ring 2 yearly plan because the video doorbell is useless. Nobody has a solution.

    Hi @user83132. With this new hub, do you have a different wifi network name and password? If so, I'd recommend walking through a new setup in the Ring app to connect the Doorbell to the new network. Is there a specific error message or light pattern you're getting during this process? Do you have any special characters in your wifi password?
