Reconnecting ring to non-appearing WIFI

My wifi was disconnected and had to be restarted with a new name and password. All of the devices in my home set up fine, except for the Ring Doorbell. I tried resetting doorbell but wifi would not show up. I saw a comment that you could download the app and try again but it didn't work. In the end this is the process that worked for me as of March 2025 1.Disconnect wifi router for appox 1min 2.Forget wifi network on phone 3.Delete ring app on phone 4.connect router again 5.log back into wifi from phone 6.download ring app and login 7.select three line on top left of app,click devices, select offline device, select device health 8.select change network under network and wifi name should appear Hope this helps!
