New Ring video doorbell wired missing installation screws
Oi who do speak with about two seperate new ring video doorbell wired that is missing all of the screws including the security screws to lock the cover plate in place? I just purchased two seperate kits from Best Buy, one with the chime one without and they were both missing the installation hardware including the little tools. I've attempted to call the support number and keep getting put on a waiting hold loop to speak to someone.

Thank you i have actually gotten it took care of i managed to speak to someone in support over the phone late last night and they was kind enough to ship me what i was missing.

You can check with the retailer you purchased the Doorbells from to see if they have somehow misplaced the installation materials.
