I have the same problem. I don’t see how to get into the lens to dry it out. There are a lot of tiny screws but I don’t have a screwdriver that small. Any ideas?

JHi @Srhamm770. We do not recommend you dismantle the Video Doorbell, as it can further damage the device and void the [warranty](https://ring.com/warranty) if applicable. If you have tried leaving the Video Doorbell indoors for a while and the moisture remains, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Hi there, @FredHI! If wiping the lens did not clean off the moisture, try bringing your Video Doorbell inside for a little while. While the Doorbell is inside your home, check the mounting area for moisture or causes of such. Please also consider other mounting areas if you find the current environment is exposed to too much moisture or water. Feel free to check around the Community to see what other neighbors with a similar concern may have done.
