Intermittent notifications ring pro 2 and Samsung Galaxy

I have a Samsung S21, and a Ring Doorbell Pro2 the problem is if I restart the phone, I will get notifications for up to 24hrs then for no apparent reason it stops completely until I restart the phone again. My wife's iPhone gets every notification without fail? We have BT broadband 900mb so that's not the problem, I have all the notifications set to on, on the phone, I have come to the end of my tether with it all this was also the problem I had with our Ring Pro. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I also recommend checking for any [apps that may conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) on your Android device, as this could also impact the notifications, particularly if you have any batter optimization apps in use.
