I can't access 'starred' videos from two months ago

I can't access video's from October 2022 anymore, even though they were starred. The website says videos are available for 180 days, so why can't I access these anymore?

Hi @user29518. You are correct; recordings can be stored for up to 180 days depending on your settings. Verify your [Video Storage Time Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) in the Ring app to see if you have it set to store recordings that long. Also, if it was set to less and you change it to 180 days, that will not retrieve your recordings. I hope this clarifies your concern.
