How do i get my chime to work with my new Ring doorbell?
I just bought ring doorbell and my chime existing chime wont work. Any help? See image.

Hi @user20035. The Honeywell D107 is compatible with almost all of our Video Doorbells except for the Pro and Pro 2. Also, depending on the model of Video Doorbell, there are in-app settings that enable or disable your pre-existing chime. Which model of Video Doorbell do you have?

@user20035 Take a look at your box if you still have it for the full name, or if you have it set up in the app, you can look for the product name by following these steps: - Open Ring app - Select menu button (three lines, top left) - Tap Devices - Select your Video Doorbell - Tap Device Health - Look for Product Name If it is the Video Doorbell Wired, then it will not ring your chime, as the [Video Doorbell Wired](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-wired) is not able to ring any pre-existing chimes. If that's the case, then you can add a [Ring Chime](https://ring.com/products/chime-gen2?_pos=1&_sid=447719118&_ss=r) or pair Echo devices to ring inside the home other than your phones. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018032731-Doorbell-Announcement-Notifications-Through-Amazon-Alexa) will show you how to make Echo devices alert you when someone rings your Video Doorbell.
