How long has this been happening? Is it happening more frequently lately? What is the RSSI on Ring cameras with this issue? I have had green videos and "No Video Found" and other errors with greater and greater frequency lately. I think it's a Ring server issue, even though Ring will first tell you that it's your wifi. However, today I have over 70 "No Video Found" errors on my history of videos, and when I called Ring, they said they are investigating due to multiple reports. The green videos may be related because I also get a lot of those with cameras with RSSIs of around -40, which indicates a good connection.
