Doorbell not functioning just out of warranty

My Ring pro recently stopped functioning as it had at initial install just over a year ago. Now that it is a month and a half out of warranty it won’t connect to the internal network and Ring claims there is nothing to do aside from buy another one. Has anyone else experienced this issue and know of a way to connect to the internal network for full set up? I’ve already tried numerous power cycles. Thanks in advance!
