I’ve had my Ring Doorbell Pro a couple of years but now the button is cracked and broken. Is there a way to get the button replaced or am I going to have to shell out for a brand new doorbell/device.

Hi @user82117. I want to preface this reply by saying we advise against dismantling your Ring device. If your device was still under warranty, dismantling it would void the warranty. Even if your device is out of warranty, it may cause permanent damage to the device. With that said, some neighbors on the Community have shared third-party replacement buttons for the Doorbell Pro. You may find some answers to your question by searching around. We can’t offer any official guidance in this area.

Same issue. I was told that it was out of the two year warranty, so would have to buy a new one, and they would give me a discount. I note that this seems to be a common problem I believe this to be poor design and manufacturing quality? My last doorbell which this replaced was fully working at 20+ years There are a lot of people selling 3rd party replacement buttons on ebay and amazon, has anyone tried these?
