Doorbell 4 color incorrect

At first the colors where off by being dull, then I reset it and now it’s stuck in black and white

Hi @Asch. If your Doorbell is stuck in night vision, factory reset your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
