Door bell paint flaking off after 8 months old and looks a mess. It is just in an average UK weather spot, nothing harsh and has a covering over the top. An out door unit that isn't even able to cope with the basic elements.Feel totally let down by Ring who refuse to accept a warranty and complete flat refusal to do anything other that offer a useless 30% off voucher which is only valid on normal prices so a waste of time as you can buy cheaper at times on Amazon. Don't bother ringing customer support as they are totally unhelpful. That's the last time I buy a Ring device.
