Do you have a subscription to one of the Ring plans?
If yes, have you had that subscription since you bought the doorbell, unbroken?
Did you report the theft to the local law enforcement and receive a crime report/number?
If the answer to any one or more of the above is no, that's why you are not getting another one from Ring.
