Option To Request to be Called Prior to Co Detector Dispatching

Hello I would like to see if there is a way to Request to be called Prior to Monitoring Center Dispatching for Co Detector Alarms as i had False alarms happen in the past to where the Fire department has arrived to fine no level of Co at all can this be done please

It says in my state it’s required to dispatch first before call but I have talked to several fire departments they all stated it’s how would we go about this ?
