Introducing Caitlyn, Our Community Specialist

Hi neighbors! As I'm sure some of you have noticed, we have a new Community Specialist helping out in the Community. Take a look below to learn a little more about @Caitlyn_Ring :) How long have you worked for Ring? Since October of 2019. Preferred Ring Device? My preferred Ring device would have to be the Indoor Cam. I use it to check in on my cats when I'm away from home, and I love using the two-way audio to talk to them and hear them meow back! What are three fun facts about you? 1. I have two cats that I adopted from the same shelter. I've had them for about 4 years, and they're basically my children. 2. I'm into technology, so my main hobby outside of work is playing video games with my friends, such as League of Legends and Apex Legends. 3. In addition to gaming, I love to read in my free time. Historical novels, thrillers, and dramas are some of my favorites! What is your favorite part about Ring Community? I've been an avid user of the internet since it really started taking off, and I've always enjoyed interacting in a forum setting. I feel like it fosters a sense of community amongst a shared interest. I really like seeing the neighbor to neighbor interaction we have here and love being able to chime in and help when I can! What is your favorite part about Ring? Technology has always been a huge part of my life, and working for a technology-forward company has helped me further expand on this interest while getting to explore the world of smart home and home security tech. The people I have the privilege to work with are passionate and always do what they can to make sure our neighbors are heard, and the Community is a great example of this.
