Bad batch of Ring Doorbell won’t charge
Has anyone else called customer service and was told there was a bad batch of Ring Doorbells that won’t charge to 100%? She said someone will email me within 48 hours. When I plug in the original charge cord it will not charge. I used other cords and reset it with her on the phone and it still won’t charge. It started at 60% and after 6 hours of charging it is now 54%. Just bought it on Amazon a month ago and my free trial subscription ends of course tomorrow.

Hi Caitlyn, just an FYI, I never received an email from Ring following up. Nothing. Thankfully I was able to return it in time via Amazon.
