Wired Ring Cam not connecting to Chime Pro

Hello, For the last couple of months, I have been unable to get my Chime Pro (1 years old) to connect to my wired Ring Cam (4+ years old). Wired Cam is connected and blue light flashing. Chime Pro boots, connects to home wifi and I then try to reconnect the Chime Pro back to the Ring Cam. The Chime Pro audibly confirms that it is successfully connected to the Ring Cam but on my app, it states it is still trying to connect. On the Ring Cam, light initially stops flashing light blue and turns a solid green (Chime Pro states successfully connected) for about 5 seconds before it then returns to flashing blue.  I am using Android v12.

    Hi @type-r. If you haven't done so already, try resetting the Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for about 15 seconds. Once that's done, set the Chime Pro back up in the Ring app. After it's successfully connected to your wifi network, attempt to connect the camera to your Chime Pro network. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated as well.
