Wired Floodlight Cam - LEDs not lighting

My lights are not lighting on my floodlight camera. They come on very dim and one lights up a little more than the other. Seems like a relay or something failed on the inside or the lights burned out. I have tried cycling power and a hard reset. This did resolve the problem. Was there a firmware push that caused this issue? How can I see when I installed this device? What else can I do? This
