WiFi not connecting

I have just upstaged my spectrum WiFi to the WiFi router 7. None of my ring doorbell video 3 cameras, or the spotlight or flood light cameras will work or connect to the internet. Even using the spectrum app changing my phone to 2.4ghz. Is there anyway to fix this. It’s super annoying.
