Stick up pro camera will not connect to Spectrum WiFi 7 router
Has Anyone been successful to Join Stick up camera pro to the new Spectrum WiFi 7 router? Older ring cameras connected fine to the new router but the stick up cam pro will not. I can connect the new stick up cam pro to phone hot spot with no issues. Tried to use the 2.4 ghz function in Spectrum App but still no success. I was told to remove any special character in password and that did not work. Stuck with Ring stick up cam pro camera that can not connect to the new WiFi upgrade from Spectrum.

I am having the same issue but with spotlight cam. It just does not want to connect. It just says, it is not able to connect to WiFi. Did anyone resolve it?

I am having the exact same problem with my Security Came Pro. The error code that I get is P7-07. I have tried 2 cameras...neither would connect. I tried connecting it to a Chime Pro...it didn't work. I switched the Router to 2.4 ghz...still wouldnt work. The installation gets to %95 then just stalls before saying that it could not connect. My Wi-Fi password has no special characters in it. However, when I tried it out on the older wi-fi 6 router it connected immediately. So Ring and Spectrum need to get together and see what the deal is with this issue ASAP.

UI've been going nuts trying to figure this out. I too have the new WiFi 7 Router and cannot connect. I switched to 2.4hz, reset the ring, reset the router, they're Krystal next to each other and nothing works. I can connect the device to my Hotspot when I turn it on though.
