Stick up Camera - Snapshot Capture

Question

I have just purchased a 3rd generation stick up camera and solar panel and set it up outside. All works fine except the Snapshot capture doesn’t seem to work or if it does thee isn’t any obvious sign as to where they are stored. Any ideas or help appreciated!
