Stick up cam not recording snapshot

Hi I've just installed a stick up cam & the snapshot feature is not working, just says not available deleted or offline, any suggestions please

    Hi @FactoryAl. Is the Stick Up Cam itself showing as offline in the Device Health page? If it is, you'll need to make sure it's connected to your home wifi network before you can use any features such as the Snapshot Capture. Under the Device Health screen, you should see an option to Reconnect To W-Fi which will prompt you to follow the steps to connect it to your wifi network.       Hi, the camera is online & motion detection/ live feed works, the snapshot side is not recording anything, it just shows footage unavailable, the other cameras I have work fine regards Allan

      Hi, having read a couple of other posts I did a factory reset (hold button for 15 secs) then re registered the camera, it is now recording all the activities (motion/ live feed & snapshot) I'll keep an eye on it & see what happens. regards Allan
