Hi @iowman. If you are not able to change your Install Type, try the following steps: - Verify that your Ring app is up-to-date. - Force-close the Ring app on your phone and reopen it. You can do a new setup of the Camera without deleting it from your account to change your Installation Type. You just have to select Set Up a Device in your Dashboards menu. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, please provide the following additional information: Ring app version, phone model, phone OS, and Ring device model.
