Spotlight Cam Live View Not Working

Spotlight cam will not connect to live view. It connects to wifi with great signal/RSSI strength, firmwear is up to date, and the motion light works just fine. We have the ring doorbell, and it works great. But spotlight cam will not connect to live view. Have tried resetting and connecting to other wifi networks - nothing will work.
