Solar not charging stick cam

Hi All I have two Cameras each installed with a separate solar panel. One is charging, the other isn't. Both batteries charge ok via USB. I have swapped the position of the cameras to use the other panel. One charges in both positions and the other doesn't charge in either position. So, i assumed it was the camera rather than the solar panel. However, i have replaced the apparently faulty camera with a new camera and that also doesn't charge from either panel. When i exchanged the faulty camera with the new one i kept the original battery. I am now thinking that it may be that battery and not the camera that is faulty and doesnt accept charge via the solar panel. Does that sound correct - should i be exchanging the battery?

Hi @KathS. That was an excellent troubleshooting step to take to verify that it was not the Solar Panel malfunctioning.
