Ring stick up cam help

Hello. I have this ring stick up cam for a few months now and at the start it would connect to my phone and work however it has been disconnected from my phone and won’t connect. The battery is always fully charged when I try to set it up but it still won’t work. I tried pressing the orange button on the camera but it won’t also work. Do you have any suggestions about how I could set it up and fix it please?

Hi @user_6342b1. The Ring Stick Up Cam connects directly to your wifi network. If it is showing as offline in the Ring app, it could be a signal issue. Make sure the camera is within about 25 feet of your router, has a fully charged battery installed, then hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. After that's done, attempt to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Stick Up Cam is still unresponsive after trying the reset instructions above, the next step is to get in touch with our support team.
