Ring stick up cam 3rd generation not working
Hi I bought a new stick up camera (3rd gen) in April 2025. We had one that was brilliant so we wanted another. It worked brilliantly for 6 weeks now it won’t work at all. We’ve recharged the battery, it flashes once and then have no lights showing on the camera when inserting the battery - followed all instructions but nothing So thought we would delete the device and reinstall - now going through instructions to reinstall there are no lights even when pressing the setup button. Has anyone else had this problem ? Could it be the battery or the camera ?? I would like your thoughts Can’t get through to customer service in UK as in Spain and my Spanish not good enough for a conversation over the phone to Spanish number- is there an email address? I’ve tried the chat but it’s just a bot

Hi @user_2dd5bb. Make sure the battery has been charged for at least 6-8 hours using the provided charging cable plugged into a standard power outlet. When you insert the battery into the Stick Up Cam, ensure it is fully in place inside the battery hatch. After inserting the fully charged battery, you can reset the Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, attempt to walk through the setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
