Hi I got a ring Spotlight cam plus but I am struggling to unscrew the bracket to put the camera on. Is it usually really hard to unscrew?

    Hi @Kazzy. I found this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/cant-snap-ball-of-spotlight-cam-plus-into-bracket-screw-is-stuck/173152/2) where other neighbors had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps you can try and what to do if those steps do not work.
