Hi guys,I have two ring floodlight cameras and the lights are going off at random times without any motion detected in the app. Any idea why this might be?

For your concern, try the following steps:- Verify you do not have a [Light Schedule](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058421812-How-to-Use-Security-Camera-Light-Schedules-) active. - Decrease your Light's Sensitivity setting. This setting can be found in your Cameras Light Settings. - [Reboot your Camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera).If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372) a call to further investigate this with you.
