Ring floodlight pro stopped picking up motion

Hi, My floodlight pro has stopped picking up most of the motions, worked fine 2 days ago now only pick up if close to it. Even if I enter the detection box it will not pick up motion until I get close to the camera. It’s very annoying. Wonder if any one else having same problem? Edit: it seems as if it stuck on the lowest sensitivity, but I got it maxed out

If your Motion Detection is not working correctly, try these troubleshooting steps: * Remove and add your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021842611-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-With-Your-Powered-Ring-Devices). * Decrease Motion Sensitivity to a minimum and save.
