Ring door bell not picking up people leaving/entering or approaching my house
We have had our ring door bell for one week now and ever since we have had this it does not work properly. We have tried adjusting the motion areas and this hasn’t worked. The door bell is not picking up people approaching our front door. It will intermittently pick up when we LEAVE our house however doesn’t pick us up at all when we enter or when someone approaches.

Hi @user_1892ac. Have you tried adjusting your Motion Zones and Motion Sensitivity? The height and angle that your Ring Doorbell is installed at can also impact motion detection. Make sure your Doorbell isn't installed too high or low, and you may need to use a Wedge Kit if your front door has steps leading up to it.
