Ring app not loading live view over cellular for Stick Up Cam
I have a 3rd Generation Wireless Stick Up Cam that works perfectly over Wi-Fi. However it won’t show the Live View when connected to Cellular. There is no VPN or other security blocking it.

@Marley_Ring thanks. I do have the Rapid Ring app and it works fine. The problem is the RING App and it doesn’t work with cellular data. So if I am away from home and don’t have access to Wi-Fi the Ring App is useless. It works fine with Wi-Fi. The Doorbell camera works fine with cellular and Wi-Fi. It is just that the Stick Up Cam does not work with Cellular. If the Rapid Ring App works with cellular why can’t they get the actual Ring app to work???? Switching apps to look at the Live View isn’t good product service. This is noted in several threads and still Ring can’t resolve it.
