Reconnecting to my phone
troubleshooting

I recently change my modem with new WiFi and password settings,and thing I removed my doorbell from the ring settings.i have tried to reset but after scanning the boorbell it is asking if I want to add or pass on to someone else. It will not let me proceed any further, what can I do now to reconnect to my phone.

    Hi @user_e559a2. You do not need to remove your Ring Doorbell from your Ring account when you change your wifi network. You can follow steps in the Ring app to reconnect it to wifi. If you've removed your Doorbell from your account, you will need to walk through a new setup using the steps under Set Up a Device. If you could share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Ring app when you scan the QR code, that would be helpful as well.
