poor quality on video grayish bands

Top screen is old ring indoor camera.  Bottom camera is a new camera in same room, and has this grey banding issue.  How do I change ring indoor camera htz settings to get rid of this. Or should I return? In attached picture the camera above is an older one and no problem looks great.  the one on the bottom is the new one and clearly there are grayish banding issues. 5 grey to clean I checked the lens and it is clean. Should I return it?
