Hi @user80542. Make sure the battery is firmly installed, then attempt to trigger a motion event or activate the Live View. This should force the battery percentage to update on the Device Health page. if that doesn’t work, hold down the setup button for 20 seconds, then walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
