Our Floodlight security Camera Lights always "on"

Our Floodlight Security camera lights is always “on”. I have tried switch off from ringApp and it comes back on after few seconds. There is no activity or Motion even I have tried reduced sensitivity . Camera firmware is up to date. I did perform firmware update via turning off the power switch for 6 minutes and turn “on” but did not help. If I turn off Motion activated lights from the app then its stays off. Any Help will be appreciated

    Hi @ashok2318. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try. I would also make sure you do not have an active Light Schedule. If you do not and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
